Welcome back, YD Family!
As the warm summer season dwindles away and the feeling of cool temperatures arrive, I hope everyone is staying warm, safe, and healthy. I believe this has been another very busy month with all of us returning to school. Nevertheless, we are still here. Going stronger and stronger in our workforce as a team.
Teamwork involves a set of interdependent activities performed by individuals who collaborate toward a common goal. To achieve our common goal, HR, Creatives, Training, Education, JR, ZoLL, Finance, and Performance management must work as a team.
One of our common goal or mission of YD is to: educate Zomi youth to contribute in our community with time, energy and other resources as needed. Nobody can do this alone. It takes all of us to accomplish success for our community. When we are working together, sharing information, communicating, and thinking out ahead to anticipate issues and solve them BEFORE they occur, nothing can stop us.
Remember, “Sticks in a bundle are unbreakable.”
Please think how you can help your coworker (in and out of your department) and make YD Mission a reality. Let’s make this month and next month YD great and take care of each other.

- When initial build is done the testing will be done with Niang Hoih
